Stubbs himself did not believe in the catch, let alone Moeen Ali. The entire South African team excitedly ran towards Stubbs and caught him in the air. The voice of the commentators suddenly got excited. The entire stadium was stunned and everyone was holding their heads wondering how this happened. The catch by the 21-year-old Stubbs gave the South African team a boost and the team’s spinners bowled out England for just 101 and won the match by 90 runs.
