Slavianoff Method – By concentrating on melting steel to create casts, this method is very different from the Szekely method. Steel is melted before being cast on an electric casting plate using the electric alloy steel casting technique.
Sand Core Process – Among the three methods most commonly used, this is the least popular method since many believe that using the other two is more beneficial.
In addition to the above four methods, there are other methods such as Shaw’s method, Norton Fluid Rolling, Bessemer’s method, Whiteley’s method, and Peilsticker and Mueller’s process. However, none of these methods is quite as popular as the above four.
