A prominent development firm Kin Empire Estate, is planning a 100-hectare residential community in Maluku, Kinshasa for the local and Congolese diaspora worldwide
Kardinal Ngoy, CEO of Kin Empire Estate, has announced the launch of a new multi-million dollar project tagged “Elikia Residence” in its bid to tackle the DR Congo’s housing deficit and expand to various locations within Kinshasa and its environs.
Speaking to the Congolese diaspora at the open house in London, Mr. Kardinal Ngoy, the CEO of Kin Empire Estate, said the new project was “a new town development project with an integration of nature’s green, humankind’s technology and innovation, primed to make city living smarter and more efficient while preserving and improving the planet’s fragile ecosystem.”
The developer commences a massive infrastructural project valued at $10m that will turn 100 hectares of land into RD Congo’s first Wellness and Lifestyle City.
Elikia Residence will consist of 467 land plots : 400m2 at $4500 and 200m2 at $2500, as well as commercial land plots of 1000m2 in Maluku, Kinshasa.
