Konzortia Capital Launches Pre-Series A Round
Konzortia Capital recently announced the acquisition of Paraforge and its AI/ML engine, in a deal valued at $5.3 MM. The company has successfully achieved Pre-Seed and Seed Capital and has functioned effectively through the development of its InvestHub “Deal Sourcing” platform and the integration of its Intellectual Property. On October 10th, the company announced its intention to raise $3.8 MM through the launch of its Pre-Series A Round.
