The festival began and concluded with a prayer for the UAE. Thousands of devotees patiently lined up at the temple gates and quietly had the Lord’s darshan. There was a deep sense of gratitude towards the leadership for their generosity.
Throughout the day, from early morning to late evening, devotees and visitors were eager to have a glimpse of the deities. Devotees found great joy, solace and spiritual connection in their prayers and traditional worship. All the visitors and volunteers were also informed about the guidelines of the government to help make enlightened citizens with greater social responsibility along with spiritual and cultural harmony.
Significantly, this first festival was celebrated in Abu Dhabi’s first Hindu temple, thousands of devotees were blessed to have a glimpse of God and were blessed with it.
