There has been a dispute between Guru Hariharanand and his disciple Rishi Bharti over the land grabbing of Bharti Ashram located in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad. Then in Junagadh, Hariharanand Bharti Bapu said that amicable settlement is not acceptable to us. There will be no settlement until written assurance is received.Furthermore, Hariharananda Bapu said that the management of the ashram will remain with me as long as I live.
Let us tell you that there has been a dispute over the property of the ashram for a long time. After Bharti Bapu became a Brahmin, the property dispute escalated. In which it was alleged that the claim was made through a bogus will. Hariharananda Bapu alleged that the will was made in his own name.
Hariharananda Bapu said that the dispute is only about the ashram. The will and testament my Guruji has made in my name. A challenge was given when his probate was taken but no response was received for 6 months. Hariharanand Bapu said that I have also received his probate.
Let us tell you that Hariharananda Bharti Bapu is taking over the throne after the death of Bharti Bapu, the founder of Junagadh Bharti Ashram.
