Papua New Guinea, a South Pacific island nation, has been hit by a landslide in Enga province, a United Nations official said on Sunday after a massive landslide hit the country and destroyed an entire village.
More than 670 people have died due to landslides. Serhan Aktoprak, an official of the UN Migration Agency, said that it is estimated that more than 150 houses have been buried in the mud so far due to the landslide.
