JOHNNY FISHER’S family have rocketed from flogging meat around Essex out of a van to becoming global social media superstars.
The Fisher’s were at rock bottom during the height of the pandemic.
Their classy cheese business had lost all of its customers.
So that resulted in them going door-to-door trying to sell steaks and joints.
But Johnny Jr’s heavy hands and Big John’s giant appetite and trademark ‘bosh’ catchphrase have earned them over a million followers since.
And that has led to VIP tours to Australia and Las Vegas to taste and review the hottest restaurants.
Ahead of his Saturday night shootout with Alen Babic, 25-year-old southern area champ Johnny Jr explained how his team’s popularity has hit home: “What we’ve established is a dream.
“Three or four years ago my business was in a lot of trouble, all of our customer base, all of the restaurants closed down.
“We were selling cheese to restaurants and kitchens and suddenly that stopped and we had to go door-to-door selling meat to people on their doorsteps out of a van.
“We just had to turn money over, we weren’t making a penny of profit, just staying afloat.

“My dad has obviously helped more than enough for selling tickets.
“The celebrity he has become is a massive help.
“But it was great before when I was selling tickets in venues like Ally Pally and the O2 back in 2021.
“Big John has only added to that and long may it continue.”
Despite selling out big venues single-handedly, with the Bosh Army well over 2,000 strong these days, Johnny Jr refuses to be flash.
In a sport where everyone seems to blow their own trumpet and promise the earth, Fisher is proud of where he has got his family to and honest about where it might end.
Promising raw power has helped him to 11-0 – with only one going the distance – but boxing trolls keep trying to remind him that the sport is not a popularity contest.
“What’s the point in giving it all Billy Big B******s?” the Exeter uni history grad asked.
“I am just having a tear-up with another bloke and we will see what wins.
“People will write me off no matter what I do, it doesn’t matter.
“If I knock someone out in a round then I am crap, if it goes to points then I am crap.
“All that matters is that I’m providing for my family and I am doing my job.
“If it ends with a world title, a British title or on Saturday night, one thing that is for sure, is that I’m not going to go down without a fight.”
