Purnima Tithi is considered very important in Hinduism. This tithi is considered a very auspicious day to please Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi and seek blessings. According to the Vedic calendar, the full moon of the month of Kartak will begin on November 15 at 6.19 am. Purnima Tithi will end on November 16 at 2:58 am. In such a situation, Kartak Purnima will be celebrated on November 15.
The auspicious time for bathing and donating on Kartak Purnima day will be from 4.58 am to 5.51 am. Also on this day the moonrise will be at 4.51 pm.
According to Panchang, Pradosh Kal Muhurta on Dev Diwali will be on November 15 from 5.10 pm to 7.47 pm. In such a situation the total time of worship will be 2 hours 37 minutes.
