Police were called at around 9.15pm on December 14 last year to reports of the shooting in Gifford Road.
Michelle, a mum-of-two, was among 120 churchgoers leaving a service at River of Life Elim Pentecostal Church when the shots were fired.
Officers said two men, both in their 30s, were also injured in the shooting, with one left fighting for his life in hospital.
The Metropolitan Police have now charged four people with Michelle’s murder.
Perry Allen-Thomas, 26, of Queenscourt, Wembley, was charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder today.
The defendant is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates Court this afternoon.
Amir Salem, 18, of Barnhill Road, Wembley and Shaquille Sutherland, 24, of Havenwood, Wembley were also charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder on Thursday.
They appeared at Willesden Magistrates Court on Friday and have been remanded into custody.
The pair will next appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, January 21 for another hearing at 10am.
Detective Chief Inspector Phil Clarke, who is leading this investigation, said:”This investigation is progressing at pace and we are very grateful to the local community for their continued support in our endeavours to charge those responsible for Michelle’s murder.
“We would like to thank members of the public for sharing CCTV footage with us, which has proved to be vital evidence and extremely helpful to the investigation.”
A spokesperson for the force added: On Wednesday, January, 15, detectives arrested five people in connection with the murder.
“Two were charged as above; the other three arrested have been bailed pending further enquiries.
“Previously, Tahjin Sommersal, 18, of Lafone Avenue, Feltham was charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
“He appeared at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, January 15.”
Tributes poured in for mum-of-two Michelle, from Walthamstow, east London, after her tragic death.
Her devastated husband Jean-Marie told of his shock of losing his wife.
The commercial disputes expert said: “I am in shock. How could this have happened?
“No one has any respect for life anymore.
“I had to tell my children that this tragedy has taken their mother away.”
One friend said: “Michelle was a light in all of our lives. She adored her children and worked hard to give them a happy life.
“She didn’t deserve this. No one does. She was a brilliant mum.”
This comes after video footage obtained by The Sun from the gun horror showed a car pulling up to a large group of church goers before seven shots were heard.
As many fled and sought cover, the desperate screams of a woman rang out.
A black motor crept around the corner and honed in on the victims, who had been attending a wake in the church opposite.
Hours after the shooting, a distraught relative arrived at the scene and was heard screaming “tell me this isn’t real” before being consoled by cops.
Pastor Lawrence Larbie said those injured were visiting for the wake of an elderly member of the church.
He said: “There was chaos and pandemonium. The meeting came to an abrupt end. People knew the persons who had been shot.”

A neighbour added: “People came out of the church, they were at a wake and they saw the bodies on the ground.
“I heard a lot of crying and screaming.”
Another terrified local said her daughter got home just minutes before the horror.
She said: “My daughter came though the door 10 minutes before it happened.
“My son thought there were fireworks, then I heard my neighbour screaming and I realised there was a shooting.
“It’s crazy, it’s sad. It’s scary, it does not feel safe.
“I’ve lived here since 2008 and I’ve never heard anything like this before.”
