Plans Donation to Automotive Giant
In an inspiring tale of perseverance and ingenuity, 16-year-old Krish has completed a two-year journey to create the Innovare, a cutting-edge electric mini car that reimagines urban transportation. Starting this project at the age of 14, Krish has poured countless hours into designing and building a vehicle that merges sustainability, advanced technology, and practicality.
Now, Krish is donating the Innovare to a leading automotive company, hoping to inspire innovation and encourage eco-friendly advancements in the industry.
The Innovare is a testament to the future of electric mobility. Compact yet powerful, it is driven by a 72V 3000W electric motor, achieving speeds of up to 55 mph with a range tested of over 75 km. Its sleek design and environmentally conscious engineering reduce carbon emissions while delivering exceptional performance.
Key Features of the Innovare:
Reinforced Chassis: Built to withstand significant weight and pressure, ensuring safety and stability.
Driver Comfort: Adjustable PU leather seats and a flexible steering column provide an ergonomic experience for drivers of all sizes.
Innovative Safety Design: Multi-functional storage boxes that double as bumpers to absorb impact, alongside a custom hydraulic braking system for precise control.
Integrated Smart Technology: Includes a burglar alarm, locking system, and three-speed functionality with reverse.
Sustainability at its Core: Operates on clean energy operating and charging systems, contributing to global efforts to combat urban pollution.
Krish’s dedication to this project goes beyond technical brilliance. The Innovare features practical storage options, a stylish exterior for navigating tight urban spaces, and advanced battery management for extended range and efficiency.
On being asked about his reasons & motivation, Krish said he saw the need for frugal innovation for developing countries for a common man to afford a car instead of a two-wheeler which causes so many mishaps.
Reflecting on his journey, Krish said: “I started this project at 14 with a vision to create something meaningful for the environment and urban transportation. Completing it after two years has been an incredible journey, and I hope the Innovare inspires others to innovate for a sustainable future.” He adds, “I developed this as a unique, fun prototype however the process & mechanism will also be applied to bigger models.”
The lead car designers of JLR in Birmingham, UK, Mr. J Dhaliwal has praised Krish’s innovation, calling it “A shining example of what young minds can achieve when passion and purpose come together.”
