
Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the track upgrade of the 128 km long Maho-Omanthhai railway line in Anuradhapura during his visit to Sri Lanka. He also cut off the ribbon of a signaling project associated with the establishment of an advanced signaling and telecommunications system on the Maho-Anuradhapura section.

Indian Housing Project (Phase III) – India has built about 4,000 homes for planting workers in central and uva provinces. In addition, Sri Lanka received support for the required imports during the economic crisis from $ 1 billion credit line in 2022.
Jaf's Cultural Center was also founded by Prime Minister Modi in 2015 and was inaugurated in 2022 and 2023.
Nepal
Energy Collaboration: The first cross-border petroleum pipeline of South Asia was inaugurated at Motihari-Amlakganj Petroleum Pipeline, 2019. Work is underway on new projects like Siligudi-Zapa Pipeline.
Speaking of structural development, railway projects such as Jayanagar-Krath-Birdbas Rail Link (2022) and Jogbani-Biratnagar Rail Link (2023) increase regional connection.
Earthquake Help: India promised $ 1 billion for reconstruction after the 2015 earthquake. Including a $ 250 million grant.
Health Care Assistance: India provided 200 kidney dialysis machines and 50 reverse osmosis systems which improved the health care structure.

Akura-Agratla Rail Link Project (2023): Strengthen the regional transportation structure.
Maitri Super Thermal Power Project (2023): One of the largest power plants in Bangladesh, will accelerate electricity generation.

Maldives
Water and hygiene project (107.34 crore, 2024): Improve water and sewer facilities in 34 islands. Which will benefit 28 thousand people. In addition, India has also helped Maldives in the development and defense of the city.
