The state government has announced four important decisions to facilitate the revenue process. This will make land related tasks more quickly and easily possible. The premium will no longer have to be paid for non -cultivation of agricultural land and the agricultural land located in the rural and municipal areas will be valid as per old terms. NA will be allowed within only 10 days when the landlord applies for a non -farmer. In cases of land sales, the process of note and premium filling has also been facilitated. At the same time, it will be mandatory within 30 days of the title and legal occupant's certificate and the record of 25 years ago from the date of application will no longer be taken into account. These decisions will provide more transparent and faster services to the citizens, as well as reduce the delay in the revenue process.
Simplification in non -farming process
The Revenue Department of the State has also provisioned a revenue title and legal possession of a legal occupation for simplification in the non -farming process.
- The decision has been made to make a decision within 30 days from the date of application to the concerned collector.
- If a non -agricultural application is made after obtaining a certificate, it will be informed to pay premium/penalties/conversion/specialty within 10 days.
- If a non -agricultural application is made without a certificate, the decision will be made according to the existing system.
- The record of 25 years ago from the date of the farmer verification application should not be taken into account
Another important decision, keeping in view the farmers of the state, has made that the petitioner will not be applied for the same year before the application of the petitioner to be replaced by the petitioner's application for the fact that the farmer is eligible for the original condition/ non -farming for the old condition/ non -farming. Earlier, applications were stopped by seeing more old records in the process, the problem has been resolved. In addition, the land that looks conditional or premium, their applications can now be turned into non -farming more easily.
