Vijay Paswan, a 10 -year -old girl living in the GIDC area in Bharuch Jhagadia, was raped by a heterogeneous victim and brutally, crossing all the boundaries of barbarism. Like the Nirbhaya scandal in Delhi, the victim had committed all the boundaries of brutal and cruelty on the child. At the end of the 72 -day legal process in this case, the court has done a true justice with the family by hanging Naradham guilty Vijay Paswan. The arguments of government lawyer PB Pandya played an important role in the entire case. The execution sentenced by the court by speedy justice could prove to be an important parable in providing a strong message to the society. In the incident, the girl remained under treatment for 8 days and struggled against her life but eventually died.
8 days of pain, torture and chicken broke the baby
Unfortunately the timing of this sparkle rap case was also matched with the Nirbhaya case in Delhi. There was also a misdemeanor with Nirbhaya of Delhi on December 16, 2012. While Bharuch’s Zagadia was also involved in a brutal act on December 16 with this innocent. From December 16 to December 23, the baby was struggling against her pain. The pattern of misconduct was also the same in both cases. Naradham also had the same kind of barbarism with Bharuch’s Nirbhaya. He was injured in a severe injury to the baby’s vagina.
The incident was so frightened by the incident, and her mind had so badly affected the brain that no one was shouted. The team of SSG Hospital’s doctor was constantly overseeing and undergoing treatment. In 2 days the baby was also offered 3 units of blood. But the situation became so critical that the child was not giving any response. Infection remained unchanged in the baby’s body even after the operation and other treatment. More than 10 SSG doctors were treated for the child but the situation was extremely fragile and his blood pressure was constantly fluctuating. In the end, the child gave up his life and took his last breath on the hospital bed.
