After the Indian attack on Jaish-e-Mohammad’s Pakistan headquarters, Bahawalpur’s ‘Markaz Subhan Allah Camp’ is now being shown as ‘permanently closed’ on Google Maps. This is the place that was established by terrorist Masood Azhar in the name of the mosque, but the real purpose was to recruit terrorists, promote fundamentalism and raise funds.
Let me tell you that on May 7, India launched accurate airstrikes on nine terrorist whereabouts in Pakistan and POK under Operation Sindur. The attack was carried out in exchange for a terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22.
Located in Bahawalpur, the camp was located about 100 km from the Indo-Pakistan border and was the main training and fundamental center of Jaish-e-Mohammad. The complex was badly damaged in the Indian attack. The camp was funded by the Al-Rahmat Trust. The terrorist organization has carried out several horrific attacks in India, including an attack on Parliament in 2001, an attack on Pathankot Airbase in 2016 and Pulwama attack in 2019.
A video of a TV channel was shown on May 7 in a terrorist center, Subhan Allah Camp ruins, with a large pile of debris and ceilings all around. A month later, the Markz Subhan Allah, built under the name of Jamia Mosque next to the Bahawalpur bypass in Google Maps, shows the closure of permanent.
Why is Google Maps declaring it permanently closed?
The reason for the permanent declaration of a location on Google Maps is often the use of user reports, information from the owner of the location, or the inaction of the Google algorithms. In this case, the change was made after many users confirmed the camp closure. The base was located near the military headquarters of the 31st Corps in Pakistan, and its 18 -acre campus has been going on for a long time.
More than 100 terrorists were killed in Indian attacks
Apart from Jaish, India also targeted several other places of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen in the attack. These include Markaz Taiba (LET Headquarters) in Muridke, Sarjal Camp in Sialkot and Zoya Camp in Mahmu, Abbas Camp in Kotli and Gulpur Camp in Kotli and Sayyid Bilal and Sawai Nala Camp in Muzaffarabad. More than 100 terrorists were killed in the attack.
India’s big victory
Although Jaish was banned by Pakistan in 2002, it has been open so far. Masood Azhar has also been seen in Pakistan. This military action in India is considered not only a strategic but also a major victory on the psychological front, and this is a sign of a tag on Google Maps permanently closed.
