A big step has been taken to improve the drinking water system in Agra city of Uttar Pradesh. EMS Limited has received a special tender under the first package of Agra Water Supply Re-Organization Scheme (Trans Yamuna Zone-I and II) by UP Jal Corporation (Urban).
The company has been selected as the lowest bid company (L-1) for infrastructure projects of ₹ 104.06 crore. The stock price gained on Friday after the government tender was received and now its stocks could see a downturn on Monday.
Under this scheme EMS Limited has intake welcome pump house, Approach Bridge, 1100 mm. Diameter Raw Water Rising Men Pipeline and 55 MLD A water treatment plant is to be constructed.
Advanced technology will be used at the water treatment plant, so that clean and drinking water can be available in the areas of Yamuna.
All operations involved in this project such as surveys, clay investigation (Soil Investigation), Engineering, Design, Material Supplies, Construction, Testing and Commissioning will be done by EMS Limited. The scheme will be completed in an estimated period of 24 months.
EMS Limited has also made it clear that this order is completely domestic (domestic) and does not have any related party participation. In the coming days, if any important information comes out of the project, the company will report it.
EMS Ltd. is a multi-disordered EPC company, which offers services such as storage, purification and disposal by taking water and waste water (wastewater).

To date, EMS Limited has purified more than 500 billion liters of wastewater and has arranged a sewage pipeline in length more than 1,400 km.
Shares of EMS Limited rose 0.4% on Friday, June 20, on the day of the announcement of the project. The company’s current order book is Rs. 1,800 crore and Rs. Work is also underway on a new bidding pipeline worth Rs 4000 crore.
