Singer and songwriter Asaf Avidan has officially become a French citizen, ending his Israeli nationality after more than a decade of living in France. The musician confirmed the change in 2024, describing it as a natural step following years of personal and artistic connection with his adopted country.
Avidan, known for his distinctive voice and emotionally charged compositions, first gained international recognition with his hit Reckoning Song (One Day).
