Jyoti Malhotra alias Jyoti Rani runs a YouTube channel called 'Travel with Jo'. He was arrested in Haryana in May from Hisar. Police say she was in touch with Ehsan ur Rahim alias Danish at the Pakistani High Commission. In addition, she went to Pakistan at least twice.
