Dubai Government first approved online job portal to save candidates from harassment, fraud and clutches of brokers in importing manpower from Bangladesh.

After many years the UAE government will legally take 50000 manpower from Bangladesh. But in the last few decades, some brokers/manpower syndicates have been formed in the name of exporting manpower from Bangladesh to the UAE. At the hands of these syndicates, those who have gone legally to work in the UAE from Bangladesh, are in most cases cheated and financially harassed. The UAE government received many complaints of harassment and financial fraud. Keeping those aspects in mind, those who will legally go to work in the UAE from Bangladesh will be monitored by the government of the United Arab Emirates, starting from their job application form to the final confirmation of the job and air tickets. Keeping that objective in mind, the UAE government has approved the online job portal https://internationaljobfinders.com for the first time. In that continuation, only those who legally apply for jobs through this online job portal from Bangladesh will get the opportunity to legally work in UAE.

The UAE government has approved the online job portal, which will only allow those who legally apply for jobs through this online job portal from Bangladesh to get the opportunity to legally work in UAE. This is a breakthrough for the people of Bangladesh who have long been seeking opportunities to work in the UAE. The online job portal is a welcome development for the people of Bangladesh and will go a long way in helping them find opportunities to work in the UAE. The online job portal for Bangladesh workers will help to facilitate the process of finding employment. The online job portal will provide an easy way for employers to find qualified workers and for workers to find suitable employment. This will benefit both employers and workers in the UAE.

How has the Bangladeshi skilled manpower been impacting the UAE economy?

After there are any potential benefits associated with taking these talented migrant workers away from their homes. The Abu Dhabi government is to take skilled manpower legally from Bangladesh to reduce unemployment in the country, according to a report by Gulf News.

“This is an important step in reducing unemployment and filling the skills gap,” Saeed Al Kaabi, director general of the manpower department at Abu Dhabi’s ministry of labor, was quoted as saying. “We have been working with the Bangladeshi authorities to make this happen.”

Bangladesh has been struggling with an unemployment rate of around 17 percent, which is significantly higher than most Gulf nations. According to Al Kaabi, many of those who will be transferred are currently working in Dubai but would like to move back home. He added that some others have translators’ licenses that could be used in other sectors.

The Dubai government has announced that it will take skilled manpower from Bangladesh to help alleviate labor shortages in the country. The move is seen as a way of providing opportunities for Bangladeshi nationals, who have previously faced economic and social obstacles in seeking work in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Skilled workers from Bangladesh are expected to be brought into Dubai over the next two years to fill various gaps in the workforce. There are already around 100 Bangladeshi workers employed by several government agencies and private companies in Abu Dhabi. The majority of them are in positions such as secretaries, clerks, and drivers. The move is seen as a way of upgrading the skills of Bangladeshi nationals, who currently make up one-third of the workforce in the UAE. The Dubai government has approved the online job portal for Bangladesh workers. This will help to facilitate the process of finding employment for Bangladeshi workers in the UAE. The online job portal will provide an easy way for employers to find qualified workers and for workers to find suitable employment. This will benefit both employers and workers in the UAE.
