The Africa Caribbean SMEs Network is a groundbreaking initiative designed to connect entrepreneurs and business owners from Africa and the Caribbean regions. The
network aims to facilitate meaningful cooperation, knowledge transfer, and investment opportunities between small and medium scale enterprises, thereby contributing to the economic growth of these areas.
Aligned with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Africa Caribbean SMEs Network will host its inaugural event in Liberia in June 2024 to bring together entrepreneurs, investors and other stakeholders to discuss critical issues
affecting the regions. Through collaboration and networking, the Africa Caribbean SMEs Network will provide opportunities for SMEs to scale their businesses, access specialized knowledge, and gain new partnerships.
By providing a platform for SMEs in Africa and the Caribbean, the network aims to drive regional economic growth by creating employment opportunities and empowering local entrepreneurs. Currently, SMEs are the backbone of the economies in these regions, and the Africa Caribbean SMEs Network is poised to leverage this to create a global impact.
