DISGRACED tycoon Dominic Chappell has been thrown back in jail for breaching his probation, The Sun can reveal.
The former boss of BHS was released from Guys Marsh Prison in Dorset last November after serving three years for tax fraud.

But he has this week been recalled for breaking his licencing conditions, understood to involve some consultancy work he was doing.
Mr Chappell famously bought high street chain BHS from Sir Philip Green in 2015 for just one pound.
The retailer collapsed into administration just 13 months later, resulting in public anger amid 11,000 job losses and a £571million pensions black hole.
In 2020 he was sentenced to six years in prison for evading £2.2million he pocketed from the takeover of BHS.
The 56-year-old ex-racing driver had blamed Sir Philip for misleading him over the deal.
The sentencing judge had said: “You are not of positive good character. Your offending occurs against a backdrop of successive bankruptcies.”
A Ministry of Justice spokesman said: “Offenders released on licence are subject to strict conditions and we do not hesitate to recall them if they break the rules.”
