Another room scam has come to light in Rajkot, where the echoes of the BJP corporator alloting accommodation to his relatives in the housing scheme have not yet subsided. An investigation by the TPO department of the Rajkot Municipal Corporation has revealed that as many as 18 rooms were rented out. In which it has been revealed that illegal activities are taking place. The rooms were rented in the name of 8 persons despite having a house at another place. Actions including land grabbing are likely to be taken against these 8 persons who committed the room scam. The Municipal Commissioner will take legal action based on the report.
