The Kshatriya community does not seem to be in any mood to compromise on the demand to cancel Parshottam Rupala’s ticket. After the Kshatriya Samaj meeting held in Surendranagar, the women have given an ultimatum that if Rupala’s ticket is not canceled from Rajkot and another candidate is not fielded, they will start a movement. If the ticket is not canceled within three days, Kshatriya Samaj will come to the field. More than 8 thousand Kshatriya leaders had gathered in Surendranagar and there was a strong demand to cancel Rupala’s ticket immediately.

Earlier, there was a possibility that the matter would calm down after Rupala’s apology in the meeting of Kshatriya Samaj in Gondal. However, now it seems that the Rajput community is in a mood to fight over the Rupala issue. Kshatriya society is becoming aggressive day by day on Rupala issue. The president of Gujarat Karnisena has threatened that if Rupala’s ticket is not cancelled. An aggressive protest program will be seen in the near future. Also, various organizations of the Kshatriya community will hold village-to-village rallies against Rupala.
