Team India's condition is bad in Bengaluru Test. By the end of the second day's play, the Indian team had been bowled out for 46 runs and New Zealand had scored 180 runs for 3 wickets. After the day's play, captain Rohit Sharma talked about everything from his decisions to Rishabh Pant's injury and Virat Kohli's change in batting order.
After the end of the second day of the Bengaluru Test, Rohit Sharma admitted that he had made a mistake in understanding the pitch. They thought that the pitch would be flat which would help the batsmen, but the opposite happened.
Rohit Sharma said that Virat Kohli's batting order changed because Virat Kohli himself took the decision. Rohit said that he does not want to drop KL Rahul and Sarfaraz from his number.
During the match, Pant was hit in the leg by the ball and had to leave the field. Rohit said that the ball hit the same leg on which the surgery was done. According to Rohit, Pant's leg is swollen and the severity of his injury will be known later.
Rohit Sharma also admitted that the Indian batsmen's shot selection was not good. It was a bad day for the team. Sometimes you don't get what you want. (All Photo Credit : PTI)
