38 teams are participating in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024. International stars like Krunal Pandya, Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav are also playing in this tournament. So far, these two haven't done anything special, but apart from them, all eyes are also on 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who has already created quite a buzz from the IPL auction.
Bihar's 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored a blistering half-century with 12 boundaries in the Vijay Hazare Trophy match between Baroda and Bihar. He also surpassed Sachin Tendulkar, who scored his maiden half-century in List A cricket at the age of 17.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who came to open for Bihar, scored runs at a strike rate of over 169. Vaibhav scored an explosive 71 off 42 balls.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi's storming fifty includes 12 boundaries. He also hit four sixes in addition to 8 fours. Vaibhav entered the Vijay Hazare Trophy this season and became the youngest Indian player to debut in List-A cricket.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi was included in the IPL auction by Rajasthan Royals for 1.10 crores. Suryavanshi is also the youngest player to be sold in the IPL.
