Hussein's name was written on Patel's passport and citizenship of Pakistan, but American officials caught him and his fact came out. On February 12, American officials sent AC Patel back to India by military plane.
Ever since Donald Trump was sworn in as president in the United States, the agencies have taken action against illegal residents. So far, 332 Indians have been returned to Amritsar Airport by three military planes for illegal people. Out of which 74 people are from Gujarat.
Delhi Police arrested AC Patel
According to a media report, Delhi Police arrested AC Patel as soon as he returned to India. He has been charged with cheating and abusing a passport. Indian immigration officials were surprised to know that AC Patel had a Pakistani passport, which was not only fake but also a lost passport of Pakistani citizen Mohammad Nazir Hussein.
Money was given to the agent in Dubai
During AC Patel's inquiry, he confessed to his crime. He gave money to an agent in Dubai so that he could easily go on a US flight. For this, AC Patel left his homeland in Gujarat and accepted the origin of Pakistan.
AC Patel's passport was expired in 2016
The inquiry revealed that AC Patel's original passport was expired in 2016. Instead of renewing it, he took the path of human trafficking. Agents provided fake documents and made it to Dubai for illegal travel. According to sources, human trafficking forces choose passports that make American visas easily or select the passports of UAE citizens to make it easier to enter the United States.
332 Indian residents Deport from America
The Trump administration has so far deported 332 illegal Indian residents from the United States. In the first batch on February 5, 104 people arrived at Amritsar Airport, while the second batch on February 15 consisted of 116 people. 112 Indian residents returned to the third batch on February 16. There was a lot of opposition in India in the practice of Indian residents by American agencies and the opposition raised the issue in Parliament. Foreign Minister S.K.
