IPL 2025 champion team Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal is once again in a serious legal dispute. The Rajasthan High Court has refused to stop his arrest after a minor accused her of rape in Jaipur.
A case of rape against Yash Dayal
The Jaipur High Court has made it clear that the victim is a minor, so arrest and police proceedings cannot be stopped. The court has sent a case diary summons in the case and has scheduled the next hearing on August 22, 2025. The case is causing new problems for Yash Dayal, especially when another woman in Ghaziabad a few weeks ago also accused her of raping her.
The 19 -year -old woman filed a case
On July 23, 2025, a 19 -year -old woman registered a rape case against Yash Dayal at Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur. The complainant claims that she met Yash Dayal in 2023, when she was a 17 -year -old minor. The victim alleged that Yash had emotionally and physically exploited by promising to make a career in cricket. The first incident took place in 2023, when Yash raped her by calling her to a hotel in Sitapura area of Jaipur. The victim says this continued for two years.
The High Court refuses to stop the arrest
During the debate, cricketer's lawyer Kunal Jaim told that a girl in Ghaziabad also filed a rape case against her. The Allahabad High Court has given a stay on the case. But the court clearly stated that the case is related to Sagira, so relief cannot be granted. The next hearing of the case will now take place on August 22, and the case will have to be presented to the diary court till then.
Another case of rape in Ghaziabad
This is not the first allegation against Yash Dayal. Prior to this, in July 2025, a woman from Ghaziabad accused Yash of physically and emotionally for five years by giving false promises of marriage. Yash filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court in this regard, and the court stopped his arrest on July 15, 2025.
What did Yash Daya say about the complainant?
The court commented that no one could fool anyone for five years and relieved Yash till the next hearing of the case. Yash claimed in the case that the complainant had forced her to marry and tried to blackmail her. He also alleged that the woman had stolen her iPhone, laptop and took money in the name of treatment.
