Yash Dayal's difficulties will increase
After not getting relief from the High Court, cricketer Yash Dayal's problems will increase. Yash Dayal again argued in court today that he was trapped under a conspiracy. The High Court is now expected to hear the case in the first week of September.
The High Court rejected the application
At a previous hearing, the Rajasthan High Court refused to stop the arrest of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal. The High Court clearly stated that the victim was minor, so arrest and police action could not be stopped. The court sent a case diary summons in the case.
What is the whole matter?
On July 23 this year, a young woman filed a rape case against Yash Dayal at Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur. The victim says he is an emerging cricketer. It met Yash in 2023. She was a 17 -year -old minor at the time. The victim alleges that Yash had emotionally and physically exploited by promising to make a career in cricket.
Another woman also accused
The victim says the first incident of physical exploitation happened in 2023, when Yash called him at a hotel in Sitapura area of Jaipur. There he raped her. This continued for two years. Let us tell you that in July, a woman from Ghaziabad accused Yash of physically and emotionally for five years by giving a false promise to marriage. In this case, Yash filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court. The court banned his arrest on July 15.
