Sachin Tendulkar has said that Cheteshwar Pujara's strong technique was the basis of many wins in India's Test matches. He also said that the series win in Australia in 2018-19 was not possible without their partnership. Pujara, who has scored more than 7000 runs in 103 Test matches, has announced his retirement from all cricket formats. Pujara was the eighth on the list of the highest scorers for India. He has also scored 21301 runs in first class cricket.
