The company's net profit rose to ₹151 crore from ₹129 crore year-on-year, a growth of around 17%. Its total revenue has also increased from ₹660 crore to ₹731 crore. EBITDA increased to ₹ 224.3 crore from ₹ 202 crore. However, the company's EBITDA margin remained stable at 31% during the quarter.
The diagnostic company has declared a second interim dividend (70%) of ₹7 per share with a face value of ₹10 along with its September quarter results. The record date for this dividend is November 7, 2025 and the payment will be made in the next 30 days, the news revealed.
According to media reports, the company had earlier declared a first interim dividend of ₹6 per share in July 2025 and a final dividend of ₹6 per share for March 2025. In addition, the company has decided to issue bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio, meaning that investors will get one additional share for every share.
According to sources, this bonus share will be allocated from the securities premium account. A total of 83.7 million bonus shares will be issued, with a total value of approximately ₹83.77 crore. Credit or dispatch of bonus shares will be completed by December 30, 2025.
Dr. Shares of Lal PathLabs are currently trading at around ₹3,090.6. The promoter holds 53.21% stake in the company and has over 1,00,000 retail shareholders. This is the first time, that the company is offering bonus shares to its investors. Till now the company used to distribute only dividends.
