DONALD Trump revealed his radical plan to “clean out” Gaza as he urged neighboring Middles Eastern nations to take in Palestinians.
The President revealed his bombshell idea for the region as the fragile ceasefire between Hamas and Israel continues into it’s second week.

Trump unveiled his idea to reporters on Air Force One yesterday, stating it was a plan for peace in the region.
He said: “You’re talking about a million and half people, and we just clean out that whole thing.
“Almost everything is demolished and people are dying there.”
Trump has called on neighboring Arab nations to take in more Palestinians.
He told reporters: “I’d like Egypt to take people. And I’d like Jordan to take people.”
The President shared details of a phone call with King Abdullah of Jordan on Saturday.
He said: “You know over the centuries it’s had many, many conflicts. And I don’t know, something has to happen.”
“It’s literally a demolition site, almost everything is demolished and people are dying there.
” So, I’d rather get involved with some of the Arab nations and build housing at a different location where they can maybe live in peace for a change.”
“You’re talking about probably a million and a half people, and we just clean out that whole thing and say: ‘You know, it’s over.’”
The US commander-in-chief added that he was going to discuss this idea with Egypt’s president Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Sunday.
Trump did not reveal more details about what these radical plans could look like but he added the change could be temporary” or “could be long-term”.
The pre-war population of Gaza was over two million people and over 45,000 people have been killed since October 7, 2023, according to the United Nations.
Trump’s plans would be a stark change from the US’s previous policy which promoted a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine.
Trump’s surprise words came after thousands of Palestinians were not allowed to return to northern Gaza on Sunday.
Israel enforced this after Hamas broke a ceasefire agreement to release female civilian hostages before IDF soldiers in captivity, on Saturday’s prisoner swap.
Four female Israeli soldiers were released in exchange for 200 Palestinian prisoners held in Israel.
Karina Ariev, 20, Daniela Gilboa, 20, Naama Levy, 20, and Liri Elbag, 19, were handed over to the Red Cross and taken back to safety with Israeli forces.
