The 148th Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannathji will be held at Ahmedabad on June 27, as part of which the Ekta Cricket Cup-20125 is organized by the Ahmedabad city police. The tournament has been organized for the last four years.
On the occasion of Lord Jagannathji’s 148th Rath Yatra, the unity Cup Knight Cricket Tournament was organized by the Ahmedabad city police to maintain communal unity at the Bombay Housing Cricket Ground (Khandala), Jodhpur.
The Cricket Cup tournament was inaugurated by Ahmedabad City Police Commissioner GS Malik and Mahant Dilipadas Maharaj of Jagannath Temple, in which a large number of youths participated.
Sector-1 Additional Police Commissioner Neeraj Badgujar, saints of various sects, leaders and a large number of people were present.
The most important water yatra, which is held before the festival of Lord Jagannathji’s historic Rath Yatra, has begun today. One of the 12 pilgrimage of God is done.
