Scored 202 runs in three matches in Australia
Rohit's Australia tour was special in many ways. His place in the team continued to be questioned. However, he was the highest run-scorer in the series, scoring 202 runs in three matches. He could only score eight runs in the first ODI in Perth. However, Rohit bounced back with 73 and 121 not out in the next two matches. He also scored a century in the final match of the series, leading the team to victory.
Now when will Rohit be seen on the field?
Rohit Sharma now plays only ODIs for Team India. Fans will have to wait a little longer to see him back on the field. South Africa are scheduled to tour India next month, playing two Tests, three ODIs and five T20Is. The first match of the ODI series will be played on November 30, and Rohit Sharma can be seen playing in the series.
