As a nutritionist, Mohammad understands the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, He, too, must absorb it inside himself in order to help others and serve as a motivating figure for them.
“For someone to draw inspiration from me, I’ll have to be my inspiration!” says Mohammad Hamdan
Almutairi. Nonetheless, Mohammad Hamdan Almutairi’s career necessitates that he be in good shape.
How did the weight-loss narrative begin?
Mohammad says: My journey began with weight gain when I was 20 years old, I weighed 54 kilograms, I joined the military, the military course lasted 4 months, and I graduated from it. My weight increased to 30 kilograms and became 84 kilograms, and I suffered from the high temperature in the body and excessive sweating due to high cholesterol and calories. The calories were very high due to malnutrition despite the harsh exercises during the military course.
After graduation, my weight did not stop, and it increased even more until it reached 135 kilograms, which caused me pain in the joints of my legs and constant pain in the lower back while standing.
My weight continued to fluctuate between increasing and decreasing for a long time, due to the intermittent exercise regime that I used from time to time and the incorrect nutrition regimes that I was following without prior knowledge.
The solution!
I learned something good through my readings, most of the solutions start with calmness and gathering ideas. Through my observations and reviews, and from the bad experiences that I went through, I managed to develop a coordinated, organized, and focused feeding system, and I followed it for 4 months, which was difficult at first. But with persistence and hard work, brought amazing results. I was able to lose more than 65 kilograms of weight in a record period of only 4 months.
4 keys to losing weight?
1- Balanced diet: A balanced diet emphasizes a high fat and protein intake while others emphasize a low carbohydrate intake.
It makes no difference whether the goal is to lose or gain weight; the most important thing is to eat well to achieve it.
2- Exercise: Exercising not only aids weight loss but also improves your mood, exercising can increase the production of endorphins, which are hormones that promote happiness. You will feel energized, and any physical discomfort will be relieved.
3- Good sleep: Sleep is critical to the human body’s health and well-being; it protects your emotional and physical well-being. Getting enough sleep is just as important as eating right and exercising.
It also aids in the prevention of infections and the strengthening of the immune system.
4- Stress management: Chronic stress elevates your heart rate, stress hormone levels, and blood pressure, all of which can be quite taxing on the body.
If you wish to break free from stress’s grasp on your life, you must adapt stress management techniques.
