The government has two purposes simultaneously through this scheme. On the one hand, small entrepreneurs get a chance of earning and on the other hand the general public has Internet facilities at cheaper.
Many shoppers have an unlimited Wi-Fi plan, now this data is not used all over. Shoppers can now sell survived data with another person.
Customers can use one day internet by paying only ₹ 5 to ₹ 10, allowing shoppers to earn more than a thousand a month.
Data plans are also very popular and cheap under the PM-Wani plan. Such as 1 day validity for 1GB of data in ₹ 6, 2 days for 2GB of data in ₹ 9, 3 days for 5GB of data in ₹ 18, 7 days for 20GB of data in ₹ 25, 14 days for 40GB of data in ₹ 49 and 100GB of data for the entire month. In this you can make a plan according to you and sell data to users.
You need to have your own Internet connection to join this plan, such as an unlimited plan of JioFiber, Airtel or BSNL. You will then have to install a Wi-Fi hotspot device, based on which you can provide service in your area.
You will then have to connect to a recognized PDOA (Public Data Office Aggrigator) company, such as a C-DOT that helps you set up access and plan via the user login system, OTP.
You can then go to PMWani.gov.in and register your name, mobile number, shop address and internet details. Now you can set your plan based on login details and start offering internet service officially. In short, this allows you to make money at home.
