Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also received huge support from Singaporean businessmen. Today he participated in the Round Table Business Conference in Singapore. In which representatives of large business groups of Singapore participated. Leading businessmen have pledged to double their investment in India at this business roundtable meeting hosted by Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong.
This promise is being linked to major development works in India in the future. After the business summit, High Commissioner Simon Wong shared a post on social media platform X. In which he wrote – 18 big businessmen from Singapore reached this meeting and praised the policies of Modi 3.0.
In the meeting, the big companies of Singapore have expressed their commitment to invest about 60 billion dollars i.e. more than 5 lakh crore rupees in India in the next few years.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi also announced the establishment of an 'Invest India' office in Singapore to facilitate trade relations between the two countries. He said that this will further strengthen India-Singapore relations. Expanding the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries will give a big boost to the bilateral economic relations.
Regarding the aviation sector, PM Modi said that India is the fastest growing aviation market in the world. Here the whole sky is open. The Singaporean government said that Singapore has been a safe place of growth and prosperity for Indians. So, the closer we get to each other, it will benefit both of us.
