“I truly believe that when we look at our life stories with curiosity and awareness, we have the power to rewrite them in an empowering way. We can lift ourselves out of fear, change the negative narrative of our experiences and create a life that serves us. Not one that holds us back.”– some beautiful words that Varun says. He also believes we all can heal, transform and shine as long as we are willing to do the inner work and have the right support, guidance, tools and techniques to do so. That’s where Varun comes into the picture.
Meet Sol Varun (aka Varun Jain), a holistic psychotherapist, spiritual empowerment coach, healer and kundalini yoga and meditation teacher. He is also the founder of www.solhealingspace.com, a platform designed to offer authentic integration of therapy, healing, and spirituality to reconnect with mind, body, heart and soul. He has served international clients from diverse backgrounds across Europe, the United States, Asia, Australia, and Canada.
When asked what his secret to being able to help clients from different nationalities is, Varun says, “The key is to realise that if you are born as a human, at the very core you are looking for happiness, fulfilment, better relationships, spiritual alignment, good health and a sense of purpose in life. So, it doesn’t matter which country my clients are from. However, it’s important to realise that each person goes through different traumas and a path to recovery, influenced by their religion, age, sexual and gender identity, culture, faith, relationship status, life experience and beliefs. When working with people from different diversities, it is important to consider those things and not assume that how you interpret situations will be the same as the person you are supporting.” He further states that unconditional acceptance, a non-judgmental attitude, mindful listening, empathy, and providing a safe, comfortable, and calm atmosphere are the main ingredients in the sessions.
Moreover, his wide range of experiences in life, conquering his own traumatic events, seeing his childhood friend pass away early in life, going through extreme emotions being sensitive as a kid, quitting a job to pursue his calling, being exposed to both the eastern and western world, travelling across 15 countries, meditating by the Himalayan foothills, getting in touch with his gifts, going through rigorous training, spending time with monks, exploring different spiritual paths and religions around the world, organising meditation and yoga retreats around Europe and India to running private sessions in Portugal among many more conquests, setbacks and pursuit, Varun has been through it all. So, his eclectic life experiences, knowledge and wisdom are like the cherry on top of the cake, helping clients from different backgrounds. This makes him really able to put himself into his client’s shoes and allows him to help them examine their self-limiting beliefs and other blocks and offer them a unique perceptive that prevents them from being their most authentic selves.
In his sessions, Varun aims to provide a permanent solution to his clients—helping them ‘heal to the root’, not just on the surface level. He follows a holistic-integrative approach to healing and therapy. That means he works with the ‘entire person’, not just their mental health needs. The support that considers their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. He further states that every person is unique and has different needs; therefore, there is no one way to heal. So, working with clients, he uses various therapeutic modalities during his sessions. All sessions are tailored, made and personalised to them. From talking therapy and counselling to teaching techniques of meditation and breathwork, inner child work to find out the deep-rooted pattern, energy healing to shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, adjusting lifestyle and food choices, mindset coaching, journaling, spiritual guidance, ancient yogic techniques, chakra healing are few examples of things Varun indulges in his sessions with clients depending upon their situation, needs and circumstances. He has crafted a unique style that focuses on their physical health, mental clarity, emotional stability and spiritual awakening.
“Therapy should not be simply “learning coping skills”, it should involve working through the root of the problem to facilitate long-lasting change.”
Applying his individualised, tailored approach, Varun has transformed the lives of a wide range of people going through different challenges in life – from anxiety to depression, insomnia to migraine, past traumatic events to divorces, chronic illness to someone dealing with Cancer, ADHD, fibromyalgia, irregular periods or someone going through a grieving process, PTSD, emotional abuse, or addiction to substances. He is also approached by people who just want to get their life in order, find their purpose, increase their self-love, connect with their intuition, or higher power, learn to set boundaries, and manifest a loving partner, among other goals or just looking to deepen their spiritual practices by learning meditation, yoga, breathwork and energy system.
Varun’s selfless service knows no bounds; recently, he took the initiative through his social media to provide free psychotherapy, meditation, and therapeutic breathwork to war-affected people from Eastern Europe/Ukraine. It got a lot of attention and was praised by many.
One of the testimonials stated:
“Every time I had sessions with Varun, it took me to the deepest of my cores and things started to make sense. I left every session feeling heard, empowered and released part of me, which didn’t serve me for my highest purpose. In the past, I have had therapy and healing sessions with others but they were not even close to him. His empathy and approach are unlike anything I have experienced before. He is such a gifted soul and really good at what he does. I highly recommend him and feeling so much gratitude for our time together.”

Those are some beautiful words by Sophie which cannot be overlooked. And applause for her for showing the courage to seek support again during hard times. Unfortunately, many people have had negative experiences with therapy, making them hesitant to seek help again. One of Varun’s clients told him that he should be a therapist for people who do not like therapy because of his ability to understand people on an individual level and adapt his skills to meet their needs. And his lightness, genuineness and sense of humour are a bonus to his skillsets.
All in all, Varun has been living up to his mission of being a positive force to the world and his commitment to making a difference one by one and on a global scale by empowering people emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can rise above any kind of circumstances and create the best life they deserve and realise their authenticity.
With a staggering 35k+ follower base across all his social media, Sol Varun is achieving new heights each day within a short span of time.
