
A very terrible tragedy has happened in Nepal early in the morning. Two buses carrying 63 passengers were traveling when both the buses got stuck in the Trishuli river due to a landslide. According to the information, a total of 63 people including the bus driver were traveling in both the buses. The accident took place around 3.30 am.
Chitwan District Magistrate Indradev Yadav said that we are at the scene and the search operation is going on. Rescue work is getting hampered due to continuous rain. According to Indradev Yadav, Angel Bus and Ganapati Deluxe, which were going to the capital Kathmandu, met with an accident at around 3.30 am.
Police said 24 people were traveling in the Kathmandu-bound bus and 41 people in another bus. Three passengers traveling in Ganapati Deluxe managed to jump out of the vehicle.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahle Dukh expressed
Commenting on the incident, Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahl tweeted, “Deeply saddened to hear about 60 passengers missing due to landslides and property damage caused by floods and landslides on the Narayangarh-Mughlin road section. I have directed all agencies of the government, including the home administration, in different parts of the country to search for the passengers and rescue them.

Traffic was disrupted due to the landslide
Superintendent of Police Bhavesh Rimal said that the personnel of Nepal Police and Armed Police Force are going towards the incident site for rescue operations. Traffic has been disrupted on the Narayanghat-Mugling road section due to debris caused by landslides at various places. According to Road Division Bharatpur, it will take time to restore traffic on the road.
