It means that senior players have been included in the team for this series. But all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is missing from this team. Recently retired from the T20 format
Ravindra Jadeja was part of the 2024 T20 World Cup winning team. But after this tournament he announced his retirement from the T20 format. In such a situation, he will now be seen playing only in ODIs and Tests. But Jadeja has failed to make his place in the squad for this tour. Jadeja's 15-year T20I career
Jadeja made his T20 international debut on 10 February 2009. He played his first match against Sri Lanka in Colombo. He played 74 T20 matches for India during this period. In these matches he scored 515 runs and got 54 in his name. Apart from this, he has also played 72 Tests and 197 ODI matches for Team India. He has taken 3036 runs and 294 wickets in Tests. On the other hand, he has 2756 and 220 wickets in ODIs.
