The air and gas compressor manufacturing company listed on the BSE 500 index has declared its second quarter results for the financial year 2025-26 along with announcing an interim dividend.
The board of directors of the company met and declared an interim dividend of ₹55 per share. This dividend will be paid on each equity share of face value of ₹10.
The record date for the interim dividend has been fixed on November 25, 2025, the company said. Only those investors whose names are registered in the records of the company by this date will be entitled to the dividend. The dividend will be paid on December 11, 2025.
The company was founded in Kolkata in 1921 and is considered one of the earliest American investments in India. As on November 16, 2025, the company's market cap on BSE was ₹12,026.15 crore.
On Friday, shares of Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd rose 1.46 percent to Rs. closed at 3,804. Shares of the company have declined by 5.47 percent in the last one year.
